WHEREAS, the City Pl~nnin` Commisdon did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Maheim on
December 2~ 1968, at 2:00 o'ciock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provicions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end ageinat said pcoposed conditional use end to investigate and make findings end recommmdations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inepection, investiQetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of al! evidence and reports offe~ed at seid hea~ing. does find and detertnine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is propcrly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by ~ode
Section 18,64.020(5) to wit: establish a beauty salon and bouti•que, with parking restricted
to on-site parking for employees on subj ect property.
2. That the proposed uae will not ndvecaely affect the edjolning lead uaes and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be locnted.
3. That the size end shape of the site propoaed for the use is adequate to allow the futl development of the
pmposed use in a menner not detrimentnl to the perticular eroa nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfere of
the Citizens of the Clty of Aneheim.
4. That the g~anting of the Conditionel Use Peenit under the conditiona imposed, if eny, arill not be detdmentei
to the peece, health. sefety, end general welfere of ffie Citizens of the City of A~aheIm.
5. That the filing of subject petition was .a requirement of the City ~ouncil in
approving an amendment to deed restrictions placed on the property, to insure that employee
parki:ng would be confined to that provided on. subject property, rather than on the residential
street extending westFrly from subject property.

to the peoposed use of the subject ptoperty in order to preaerve the s~fety end generel welfere oEthe Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public Works, and shall be complied with prior to
final buildi~g and zoning inspect3ons. ~
2. That adec~uate "on-site" parking shall be provided for all employees on the premises
as required by City Council approval'of the reclassification.
