WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold ~ public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
DeCember 16~ 19689 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice ot s~ld public hearin` havIng be~n duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim Yuaicipal Code, Chapt~r 18.72, to hear end consider evidence
for end egainst said ptoposed reclesslficetion and to investipte and make findin~a and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WFiEREAS, seid Commission, after due iaspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
~ftet due consideration of all evidence end reports offered ~t seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclassification of tMe above described property from the M-1, Light
Industrial, Zone to the R-2-5000, One Family, Zone for Parcel No. 1, and R-3, N~ultiple
Family Residential, Zone for Parcel Noe 2.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the Generai Plan as
recommended for amendment in Amendment No. 91, Exhibit "C".
3. That the proposed reclassification of aubject peoperty is necessery end/or desireble for the orderly and pra
per development of the community.
4. Thet the pcoposed seclassification of subject p~operty does properly r~late to the zones and their permitted
uses locelly eatablished in close proximity to subject prop~cty end to the zortes aad thetr permitted uses generelly esteb-
lished throughout the commuaity.
5. That the proposed reclassification of subject property requires the dedication
and improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Circulation Element of the
General Plan, due to the anticipated increase in traffic which will be generated by the
intensification of land usee
