; WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim
;~ on DeCember 169 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
i' by law and 'xn accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
'_ evidence for and against seid proposed variance and to investigete and meke findings end recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due r.onsideretian of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject propert; in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specif ications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
