west property line - required; none proposed).
SEGTION 18.62.090(5) - Location of a fr -standino sian. (80 feet
from adjdcent property line required; 2 feet
proposed).
2, That the proposed use will adversely aff ect the adjoining land uses, ~,nd
create an undesirable living environment for the residents to the east and south.
3. That walk-up restaurants are more appropriate when located within a hooping
center, where adjoining structures can act as buffers between the prooosed use and
the adjoining residences, because of the inherent problems associated with walk-up
restaurants, such as noise, odors, lights, hours uf operation, a general meeting place
for teenagers, etc.
4, That three persons appeared, representing 5 persons present in the Council
Chamber, all in opposition to subject petition.
