2. That the request for waiver of the minimum :~eight of the lowest portion of a
free-standing sign is hereby denied on the basis that with a slight revision to the "tzils"
of the sign said sign could conform with the sign ordinance and still retain the national
symbology for the proposed restaurant.
3. That the proposed use will not adversely aff ect the adjoining land uses and
the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
4. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow
the full development of the proposed use in a manner nc~ ~!etrimental to the particular area
nor to the peace, health, saf ety, and general welfare or the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the granting of the conditional use permit under the conditions imposed, if ~
any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the ~itizens
of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, ?HEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Flanning Commission does hereby grent/subject I
Petition Eor CondiHonal Use Pamit, upon the folloving cenditlons whirh are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subjeci property in osder to preserve the safety and generel welEare of the Citizens of the
City of AneheIm:
1. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi- I
fication No, 68-69-.58~ ~
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file f
with the office of the Director of Public Works. ~
3. That a 6-~foot ruasonry wall shall be constructed along the north property line.
4. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view,
and the sound shall be buff er ed from adjacent residential homes.'
5. That parkinq areas shall be lighted with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and
shall be dir~cted away frorti the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area.
6. That Condition Noso 2, 3, 4, and 5, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
f inal building and zoning insp ections.
7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
Specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4. S
