A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMiMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM R~~MMENDING
TO I'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AJf~iEIM THAT AMENDMENT BE MADE TO
OONDITIONS APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PFRMIT N0. 136~ THERETO
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission in Resolution No. 6, Series 1961-62 dated July 10,
1961 did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 136 subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1.961, the City Council in Resolution No. 7194 grznted temporary
waiver of Condition Nos. 5, 6, 8, and 10 as set forth in the aforementioned Commission Resolution;
and
'^' WHEREAS, on March 5, 1962, the Planning Commission approved revised plans :or the church
f development; and

' WHER~AS, revised church master plans together with a request for waiver or extension of
certain conditions imposed in said conditional use permit were received in the Zoning Division
of Development S ervices Department for approval by the Planning Commission;
WHFREAS, the Planning Commission upon review of the revised plans did determine the
following:
1. That the property to the east of the proposed extension of Haron Street has been
developed in part with other church facilities, thereby eliminating the necessity
for extension of said street, as required in Condition No. 5.
2. That with the elimination of the extension o: said street, modification o; the
requirements of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements
should be made in Condition No. 6.
3. That Condition No. 8 should be amended to reflect other recommended changes in
the resolution approving th= church use.
4. That Condition No. 10 should be amended to require a 6-foot masonry ~vall only
on the south property iine, and temporary waiver of the installation of said
~ wall along the south 220 feet of the west property line; the northerly 339 feet
! of the east property line; and permanent waiver of the south 217 feet of the
- east property line because said property has been developed with another church
- facility.
NOW, THEREFT)RE, BE IT RESOLVFD that the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6, Series 1961-62 be amended as
follows:
;~ 1. Condition Nos. 1 and 5 shall be deleted.
~ 2• That Condition No. 6 shall be amended to read as follows:
~ "That a modified cul-d rsac shall be provided at the terminus of
I Haron Street in accordance with requirements of the City Enginee:."
3. That Condition No. 8 shall be amended to read as follows:
. "Time limitation o: 180 days for the accomplishrnent of item i4os.
2, 3, 4, 6, and 7. "

4. That Condition No. 10 shall be amended to read as follows:
~ "That a six (6) foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the
south property line prior to final building and zoning inspection;
on the next phase of development that temporary waiver of the six-
foot masonry wall along the south 220 feet of the west property line,
and the north 339 feet of the east property line be qranted; and
that permanent waiver of the 6-foot masonry wall be granted on the
south 217 feet of the east property line."

BE IT FURTH£R RESOLUFD that the revised church master plan is approved subject to ihe
provi.=.ion of adequate off-street parking prior to the issuance of a Building Permit for the
500 seat church sanctuary (nave).
