That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification Noa 68-69-59. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved pians on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shail be instalied as required and det@rmined to be necessary by the ~hief of the Fire Department. 4. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the ~ast, west, and north property lines. 5. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound shal~ be buffer~d from adjacent residential homes. 6. That parking areas shall be lighted with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and sh~ll be directed a~ay from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. 7. That ~ondition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 8. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on filz with the ~ity of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3, provided, howev~r, that adequate access for firemen and their equipment is provided to the westerly units, as stipulated by the petitioner.
