I 6. I'hat the Commission recommends to the City Council that an encroachment permit be
granted to permit the existing princioal advertisinq sign and the existing motel structure
, to encroach within the ultimate right-of-way line of Harbor Boulevard, and at such time as the
~ City deems it necessary to widen Harbor Poulevard, the petitioner stipulated that the sian
~ would be removed and a new sign would be erected and relocated in conformity with City sion

NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED th~t the An~h~lm City Plaanlnt Comminsion does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditional Uae Permit, upon the folloaine co~dit3ons which are hereby found to be a necessary p~erequisite
to the proposed use of the aubject property in order to prenerve the safety and genere] welfare of the Citizens of the
City oE Anaheim: _
1. That the owners of subject propert~~ shall deed to the City o; Anaheim a strip of land
45 feet in width from the centerline of the street along Harbor Boulevard, for street widening
purposes.
2. That the owners of subject property shall post a bond in an amount and form satis-
factory to the City of Anaheim to guarantee the construction of sidewalks along Harbor Boulevard,
to be constructed when the City widens Harbor Boulevard.
3. rhat the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 52.00
per front oot along Romneya Drive and Harbor Boulevard, for street liahting purposes.
'~: 4. That the owners of subject property shall pay to tne City ofJAnaheim the sum of 15¢ pei
(' front foot along Romneya Drive and Harbor Boulevard, .`or tree olanting ourposes.
?. 5. That trash storage areas shall be orovided in accordance with approved olans on file
f;i with the office of the ~irector of Public Works.
6. That any air-~conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view.
7. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, s5a11 be complied with orior to
the time that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date he:eo:,
whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
8. That Condition Nos. 5 and 6, above mentioned, shall be comolied with orior to final
_ building and zoning inspectiors.
9. That subject prooerty shall be develooed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim.
10. That the northernmost and southernmost signs oresently existing on subject oroperty
shall be removed prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
