A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1948 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from ROBERT VJASSERh1AN, 260 South Beverly Drive, Beverly Fiills, California 90212, Owner; RUSSELL
JAY 8681 Katella Avenue, Stanton, California 90680, P.gent of certain real pronerty situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Oranae, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and referred to herein as though set :orth in full

~. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
y' I on February 14~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clack P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required
5~:i by law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end conslder
evidence for and against seid proposed variance and to investigete and make findings end recommendetions in connec-

~'I 1VHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following

( I 1. That the petitioner revuests a variance from the Aneheim htunicipal Code as fOllows, to permit dev=lop-
~ ment of subject property with two-story residential structures:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ere hc:eby found to be a necessar}~ prerequisite to Ehe pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welEare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
67-68-50.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
soecifications on file with the City of Anaheim.
