PC 68-50RESOLUTIG~N NO. p~68-50 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLATfNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETil'IOI` FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1001 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permit from ELDEN KANEGAE , 9~71 Kramer Street, VJestminster, California 92683, Owner; EiOBFRT MARTIN, 1808 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California 92801, Agent of certain re21 prooerty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califo=nia, described i~ Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full t ~ .. ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on February 26, 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidmce for and ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make :indings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration oE ell evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine thefollowing facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel.Use Permit is euthorizedby Code Section 1~.40.060(g) to wit: permit on-sale liquor in an existing restaurznt. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the grovrth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimentat to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5.
