A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSiON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. ql "4~ gg pPpROVED IN PART
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance from
LOUIS AiVp MANUEL WALTER COMPANY, 9465 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite bi9, Beverly Hills, California
90212, Ow;~ers of cer•tain real pro~,erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of OranyeT State of

c'; WHEREhS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim or.

~?. law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider e~~idence for

and efter due con~idecation of all evidence and reports o(fered at seid hearing, daes find and determine the following

NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent~subject
Petition for Veriance, upon the f~llowing rnnditions whlch are hereby found to be e necessnry prerequisite to fhe pro-
` posed use oE the subject proper!y in ordet to pteserve the aefety end generel welfare of the Citizens of the City oE
j Ana4eim:
~ 1. That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as requix•ed by
the Hlectrical Divi=_ion, Department o{ Public.Utilities, and the State of California G.O. 95.
2. T.hat subject proqerty shall ~e developed substantially in accordance with plans and
spccifications on file with the Ctty of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1, and
Exh'•.bit No. 2; provided, however, that the rays ssrrounding the star shall be deleted, and that
the directional arrow point shall be contained within the body of the main siyn, as stipulated
to by the petitioner, thereby providing a sign approximately 393 square feet in area.
