WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and

, NOW, '1'xEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED th~t the hnahelm City Plnnnine Commiesion does hereby rernmmmd
to the City Council oE the City of Maheim thot aubJect Petitlon for Reclassification be approved and, by ao doing,
that Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim 1Nuniclp~l Code be amended to e:clude the above descrlbed property :co'm the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the R~-•2, hiulf.iple Family
Residential, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary pre-
requisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general
welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. That a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and
~ recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum o: $25.00
: per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the
time the Building Permit is issued.
