PC 68-65RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY pLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1005 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a veriEied Petition for Conditional Use Permitfrom STUART D. AND FLORINE M. NOBLE, 314 West Ball Road, Anaheim, Cali:ornia 92805. Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State o: California, described as Lot No. 4 of Tract No. 1758 ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the Citp Hall in the Citp of Aneheim on MarCh 11, 1968a at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing havin been dul law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim htunicipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and cons d2[ CVAd nce for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and NHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itselE and in its behalf, end after due cansideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is authorized by Coc!e: Section 18.38.040(3) to wit: oermit the use o' an existing residential structure cs a business office. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely aEfect the adjoining ]and uses and the growth and development of the area in which i[ is proposed to 6e located. 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed Eor the use is adequate to allow the full development of the propoc~d use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general wel(aze of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the proposed use is consistEnt with the existing land use and zonino in the iinmediate area. NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the proposed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safetp and general welEare ofthe Citizens ofthe City of Aneheim: lo That tnis conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi- fication No. 67-68-33. 2. That the structure shall be brought up to the minimum standards of the Uniform Building, Plumbing, aid Electrical Codes, as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 3. That any air-~conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes. 4. That any external lighting facilities that are to be provided shall be directed down- ward and away from abutting property lines. 5. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zor.ing inspections. 6. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with olans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit IJos. 1, 2, and 3.
