MarCh 11~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.11, notice of said ublic hearin havin been dul law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Ch pter 18.72, to hear nld considerev dence _;~ for and against said proposed reclessification and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and ~"' WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and "! after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from tlie R-A~ Agricultural~ Zone, to the R-3~ Multiple Family Residential, Zone. 2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan and land uses established in close proximity. ~ ~ ~> 3. Thet the proposed reclassificetion of subject property is necessary and/or desirable tor the orderly and pro- per developnrent of the community. I:','~ 4. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width, from the cen~erline of the street, along Acacia Street,for street widening purposes. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along Acacia Street, for street lighting purposes. '~=~~ 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the Building Permit is issued. ,~ ~ 4. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, ~ and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes, which shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 5. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied witT~n~thin a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may g i i 1968.
