A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNTNG COMMISSION OF :HE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1011 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plnnning Commission oE the City oE /4naheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom LEONARD G. MUSKIN AVA DONALD T. LF:AYY, 7805 Sunset Boulevard, Los Anyeles,
Cali`orr~ia 900:6, Owners; N. ADIll W. DEVELOPMENT ~MPANY AND CARL ARTHOF~R, 922 Broadway, Santa
Monica, Califarnia 90404, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, Stat~ of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred
,~ to herein as though set forth in full.

~YHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
March 25~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provicions of the Anaheim h1unicipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hearand consider evidence
for and against said proposed rnnditional use and to investigatr and me! : findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

2. That the proposed use will not adversely aEfect the adjoining land uses and tne growth and development of

proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health. sa[ety, and general welEare
of the Citizens of the City oE Anaheim.
4. That the granting oE the Conditionai Use Permit under ihe conditions imposed, if any, wi(1 not be detrimental
to the peace, health, saEety, and general welfare ofthe Citizens of the City oE Anaheim.
5. That one person, representing owners of the R-3 development to the east apoeared
in op~osition ±o permitting commercial access to Acama Street.

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
