A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISCION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 1013 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom RAYMOND AND ESTELLE SPEHAR, 913 Paloma Place, Fullerton, California 92632, Owners;
BARBARA HESS, 1031 North Euclid Street, Anaheim, California 92801, Agent of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
The East 230 feet of the North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
~ Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map thereof recorded in book 51, page 7 and foliowing, Miscellaneous Maps, records

.~~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
~ March 25, 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law ar.3 in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and againsl said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and .~commendations in connection

1VHEREAS, said Commission, after dae inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
a 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional ,Use Permit is authorized by Coc e~
:i 5ection 18.~0,060(g) to wit: to permit omsale liquor in conjunction with an existino
restaurant. ~
~ 2. That the proposed use wil: not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development of
.,~ the area in which it is proposed to be located.
'' 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
j proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
j of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pe-,ait under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Pienning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition Eor Conditional Use Permit, upon the followIng conditions which aee hereby found to be e necessery prercquisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end generel aelfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plar:s
and specifir,ations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
