NHEREAS, said Commiasion, after due inspection, investigotioe~, ond sfudy mode by itselt wd la its ba
halt, and aher due conaideration of all evidence and reports offered at aaid hearinQ, doee find aad determine tAe
followinQ focts:
1. Thatthe Commission proposes a reclzssification of the aoove described property
from the County A-1, General Agricultural Districi to the City of P.naheim, R-A9 Ag*icultural,
Zone thereby establishing permanent zoning for property annexed into the City oi Anaheim
on February 23, 1968.
2. That an urgency ordinance was passed by the City Council on February 27, 1908
rezoning s~:bject property to the City o: Ar.aheim R-A, Agricultural, Zone.
3. That Paxcel No. l, located on the west side of Sunkist Street has a resolution
of intent to rezone to the City o; Anaheim R-2-5000, One Family, Zone; and that Parctl
No. 2, located on the east side of Sunkist Street, has a resolution of intent to R-1,
~ne Family Residential, Zone, said reclassifications having been established prior to
annexation to the C~ty of Anaheim.
4. That the pi~posed reclassi:ication of subject property is necessary and,~or
desirable ior the orderly and proper development of the community.
5. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly r elate to
the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses yenerally established throughout the
community.
