That the owner of subject properL}• s'';d51 cicCd to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width from the centerline of tha ;t~:eeL a(,~;g White Star Avenue, for street widening purposes. 3. That street impro~~ement plans shall be p.ren~red and all engineering requirements of the City af Anaheim along La Palma Avenue, Nlhit~ S;.•.r Avenue, and Kraemes Soulevard, such as curbs and gutters,sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurte- nant work shall be completed as required by the City Engineer anci in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; and that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements. 4. That the owner of subject property shall install street lignting along La Palma Avenue, N'hite Star Avenue, and Kraemer Boulevard, as required by the Director of Pubiic Utilities and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Utilities; and that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said street lighting. 5. That the owner of subject property shall pay Lo the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ pe: front foot along La Palma Avenue, White Star Avenue, and KraemPr Boulevard, for tree planting purposes. 6. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, and A, above mentioned, shal] be complied with withir a period of 180 days from the date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant.
