A kESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PER4IIT N0. 1113 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Pennitfrom GRAND MARNIER COMPANY, 415 West 4th Street, Tustin, California 92680, Owner;
BILL STI'I'S, 224 4th Street, Manha+tan Beach, California 90266, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as that
portion of the North-half of the West-half of ihe South-half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range i0 West, of the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10 0: Miscellaneous Naps,
records of said County, also being the North half of Lot 13, of Helan and Lynch's Subdivision
of the West half of said Section 16, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 442, page 158 of
Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County. The North fifty (50') feet of Parcel No. 1, as shown
on a map thereof filed in Book 9, page 5 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the Recorder of
said Orange County .

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold e public hearing et the Ciry Hall in the City of Aneheim on
May 19, 1969, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid pubiic heering heving been duly givan as required by
law end in eccordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal crode, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end agair.st seid proposed condittonal use end to investigate end make findings and recommeadetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, setd Commission, efter due inspectton, investigation, end study mede by itaelf end in its behalf, end
efter due con~ideretion of all evidence and reporta offered at said hearing, dees find and detertnine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed nse is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is euthorized by Code:
Section 18.40.060(g) to wit: permit on-sale beer ar:d wine in conjunction with an enclosed
restaurant on subject property.
2. That the proposed uae will not odversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size end shape of the siie proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
propoaed use in a manner not detrimentel to the partie;:ii,r orea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and generel welfere of
the Citizms of the City of Anoheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Condttional Use Pecmit under the conditlons impoaed, iF any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
