~~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.VED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereb
~` Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found tu be a necessary prerequ sigeeto the prot
~: posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens oE th~ City of
~ Anaheim.
; 1. That this variance i=_ granted subjact to the completion of Reclassificzt?on No.
; 68-69-64.
i 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordanr.,e with approved plans on file
~ with the office of the Director of Public P~orks.
. 3. That fire hydrants shali be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
th= Chief of the Fire Department.
4. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed alon9 t}~e west, south, and r.orth
property lines.
~S-,,i.~ 5. That drainage of subject parcel snall be discharged in a manner which is satisfactory
; ~`= to the City Engineer.
r;~ri 6. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be proper]y ~hielded from viev~,
';t~~ and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes.
t~, 7. That any parking area lighting shall be lighted with dovrn-iightin9 a maximum 6-feet
