That this variance i=_ granted subjact to the completion of Reclassificzt?on No. ; 68-69-64. i 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordanr.,e with approved plans on file ~ with the office of the Director of Public P~orks. . 3. That fire hydrants shali be installed as required and determined to be necessary by th= Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed alon9 t}~e west, south, and r.orth property lines. ~S-,,i.~ 5. That drainage of subject parcel snall be discharged in a manner which is satisfactory ; ~`= to the City Engineer. r;~ri 6.
