on Augus t 25, 1969 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice ot aaid public heazing having been duly given

NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RE50LVED that the Anah~im City Planning Commission does
hereby grant subjert Petition fo: Conditional Use Pe:mit, upon the follovring conditions
which are hereby foun~ to be a nace;sary prerequisite to the proposed use uf subject
property in orde: to preserve the safety ar~d general ~Neifare of the Citizens of the City
( of Anaheims
r 1, That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of
;a Reclassification No~ 66-67-61(33).
2. That the sidewalks and drive•,vays shall be repaired along Freedman Way, as
required by the City Engineer and in acco=dance nith standar~ plans and specifications
on file in the office of the City Engineer, and shall be comolied ~~vith prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
3. That subjec~t property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file ~v~~ith the City of Anaheimy marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, ,~ 5
b+ 7~ 8, 9, and 10; pro~ided ho~~~ev2:, that the proposed special structure shali be a
maximum of 75 feet in height, and that no changes to increase the seating capacity beyond
the 3,270 seats are m~de, as stipulated to by the petitioner.
