That a Parcel Nap to .recor9 the approved division of subject property be submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the office of the Orange Cour.ty Recorder. 2. That street lighting facilities a.long Orangewood Aver~ue shall be installed as re- quired by the D?recto* of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard olans and speci- fications on file in the office of the Director of Public Utilities; and that a bond i~ an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anahei:n shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of the above mentioned requirement. ~~~ 3. That trash storage areas shall be p:ovided in accordance with approved plans on File =t with the qffice of the Director of Public Vdorks. ' 4. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by ~ the Chief of the F9.re Department. 5. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view~. 6. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that the B~ilding Permit is issued or vrithin a period of 180 days from date hereo', whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant. _, ~.
