was the dedication of access rights to Coffman Street on Parcel No. 2; however, the
proposal to utilize Parcel No. 1 would in no way affect Parcel No. ~ y

WHEREAS, the developer of Parcel No, 1 has presented plans for an enclosed fish
and chips type restaurant, and desires that an ordinance be read for Parcel No,
~, that Condition No. 4 be amended to accomplish developing the restaurant b a
;. Fxhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1; and that Condition Nu. 3 be amended so as not to require
dedic2tion of all access rights to Parcel No. 2, until such time as developmentOVlans

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~OLVED that the City Planninq Commission does hereby recommend
to the Ci`.y Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R 23: be amended as follov,~:
"Condit~on No.
3. That all velii.cular access rights to Coffman Street for Parcel No. 2 be
made prior to the reading of an ordinance reclassifying said parcel only;
and that ordinances reclassifying subject property shall be adopted as
each parcel is ready to comply with conditions pertaining to each parcel~
4• That subject property, known as Parcel No. 1, shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and soecifications on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked Exhibit No. 1, P,evision No. 1, pz•ovided, however, that the unpat~r:•;~
area to the west shall be physically separated by a fence to prohibit it~
use until such time as said portion complies with Code requirements for
parking or other permitted uses; furthermore, that plans for development
of Parcel Noo 2 shal? be submitted to the City Council for approval prior
to reading of an Ordinance."
