law endin eccordence withthe provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for

and
WHEREAS, eaid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of el! evidence and reporte offered at seid hea:ing, does find and deteanine the following
