~', 4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare
; or injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone in w~hich tt~e prope*_Ty
! is located.,
; 5. That waiver 1-c, above mentioned, is hereby granted on the basis that the need ior
such storage areas for apartment tenants is becominy increasingly apparent, and that the
' petitioners have indicated that only those vehicles owned by the tenants of s~bject develop-
~ ment would be stored at this location.
6. That two persons appeared in opposition.
! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFS OLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
: grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found
r; to be a necess2ry pr?.requisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to
preserve the safety and ganeral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the compl?tion of Reclassification ~lo.
~ , 69-70-6.
2. That an 8-foot masonry w311 shall be constructed along the nor±h and ~n~est property
~ lines of Portion "B" and to the rear of the required f:ont landscape areas on Chippevaa ar.d
Crescent Avenues, prior to utilization of Portion "B" for vehic.le or boat storage pu•rposes.
3. That the prcposed 60-foot diameter c~;l-de-sacs in Portion "A" remain free of ail
permanent obstructions to vehicles.
4. That subject prdperty shall be developed substantially in acco:dAnce w•ith plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 an 2, Revision No. 1.
