3. That the proposed reclassifi.caticn of subject property is not necessary ~'~d~
or desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not ;;roperly re-
late to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to
subject property and to the zcnes and their permitted uses generally established through-
out the community.
5. That subject property is s~~rrounded on three sides with single family homes,
and to approve subject petition v,ould create spot zoning in an area already well
established in low density development.
6. That no significar.t land use change~ nave occurred in Lhis general area to
warrant favorable consideration of a rnore intense use of suhject property.
7. That four persons represen~~ng seven persons present in the Council Chamber,
and a letter and a petition signed by 31 property owners were received, all in oppos~tion
to subject petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE:D that ;5e Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council oE the City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned Eindings.
