3. That subject property is located in a prime industrial area and approvai o: z
drive-in theatre may have a detrimental affect upon the future develc~ment of adjac~nt
industxial property.
4. That th~ proposed use would be deleterious to the resider.tialliving environment
of the homes lpcated in the Coun;y across the street from su~ject prooerty, by subjecting
these residents to increased traffic c~ngestion and the attendant noise, and bright lights
from the F.r.oposed si9~ that would be almost five times the size permitted by the Aiiaheim
Municipal Code.
5. That in the oast, the existing drive-in theatre has not been maintained in an
attractive manner.
6. That requests in the past to utilize drive-in theztres for "5v~ap meets" hava been
denied on the basis that ~uch uses create serious policing problems in that they :rovide an
ide~l area fo.r passing stolen merchandise, and the Anaheim Polire Chief has recomm.~nded that
,,;.'~~ the "swap r7eet" portion of tne request be denied.
~~ 7, That t!~ree persor,s appeared, renresenting seven oersons present in the Council
`.;~ ' Chamber, all in opposition to the proposed outdoor theatre exoar.sion and "swap meet".

Petiiion Gor C~mditional Use Permit on the bnsis of the eforementioned tlndings.
