considera•tion of an amendment to Title 1S, Chapter 18.40 of the Anaheim Municipal

WHE[3EAS, the City Planning Cornmission did hold a

against said proposed amendment and to investigate and make findings and rer.ommendations
in conne~±ion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made
I by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and rgports
offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

N~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Plannir,g Commission does hereby re-
commend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim a
pproval of amendment to Title 18,
Chapter 18.40, C-1, General Commercia]„ Zor.e, Section 18.40.060, Conditional Uses, by
the addition of Subsection "j", /,uto Rental Agencies, as depicted on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and referred to as though set forth in ful:.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18,
CNAPTER 18.40 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE i3Y AMGND-
ING SECTION 18.40.060, PARAGRAPH (j).
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS~
SECTIOPI 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim t4unicipal Code be, and Lhe ~ame is
herety amended by the addition of Paragraph (j) to Section 18.40.060,
Conditional Uses as follows:
Section 18.40.060 (j) Auto Rental Agencies.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and
shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its
adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its fina~, passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
