occasions.
3. That waiver 1-b, above mentioned, is hereby granted on the basis that due t.o the
design of the project, the proposed building s?parations ac.pear to be ade~uate.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the (ollowing conditions which are hereby foun~ to be a necessary p~erequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the satety and genera] welfare of the Citizens o( the City of
Anaheim.
1. That this •;3rian~e is qranted subject to the completion of Reclassification !!o.
69-70-21, npw pe;ding.
2. That a mutual easement agreement for common use of private drives located in the
southern portions of subject property and the prooerty immediately adjacerit to the west
shall be filed with and approved by the City Attorney and then recorded; or, a minirnum
54-foot diameter turneround for fire and trash vehicles shall be provided on subject property,
prior to final building and zoning inspections.
3. That subject property sha11 be developed s~bstantially in accordance with plans anc
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit IJos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6;
provided, however, that if ooen parking is proposed adjacent to the connecting drive to the
property to the west that said connecting drive shall ~e 25 feet wide; and further prcvided,
that if no parkinq is propo;ed adjacent to the connecting drive, then a?_0 foot wide drive
may be constructed.
