t WHERf:AS, the City Planning Cc,mmission 2t an advertised public hearing on September 11,

from a"kiosk" for a period to exnire no later than January 1, 1969; and

~ WHEREAS, rield inspection of the property on which the "kiosk" was locate indicates
~ the structure has been removed, ar.d the outdoor flower sales has been terminated.
, NOW, TH,EREFORH, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of
; Anaheim does hereby terminate Variance No. 2016 on the basis that the use granted has
been terminated and all structures removed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 20th day of February,
