NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
j Petition for Variance, upon the Eollowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
I posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safet and
Anaheim. Y general welfare of the Citizens of the City uf
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
I~ plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3,
, i 2. That subject site shall be brought into conformance with the present Sign Ordinance,
{ and that all existing illegal and nonconforming signs shall be removed prior to issuance of
