2. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the expanded use is not
adequate tu a11ow for the fu12 development of the proposed use in a manner not
detrimental to the particular area or to the peace, health, safety and general welfare
of the Citize~s of the City of Anaheim.

petitioner was proposing to provide inadequate parking fas/lities
for the proposed expansion, and that the 62SK structural coverage of the property is
determined to be excessive in light of other similar developments in the City.
, 4. That the petitioner stated a long term lease for additional parking spaces
could be obtained from the R-3 properiy to the east; however, this would then place
the apartment development in violation of parking requi.rements.
