i WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General Plan by Resolution
; No. 63R-869, showing the general description and extent of land uses withir. the City and
; indicatirn~ the present belief of the Council as to possible future development and redevelop-
ment of '.and within ihe City; and
~Nf'cR,gHS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim dio receive a verified
~., Petiti•~n for Reclassification No. 68-69-71, which petition has implicatins on policies
,i~' as ex~,ressed on said General Plan; and

j~ WHEREAS, in addition to the notice of the hearing on said Reclassifi~~ation, notire ~n~as
i, also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the Gene=al Plan in th~ a<nErai
location and vicinity of subject propez•ty of sa.'•.~ Reclassification; and
the CWt~of SAnaheim1tonpFebruar ~ommission did hold a public hearing in the City Hall in
Y + y 26. 1969, at 2:00 0 r,lock P.M., notice o: said
hearing having been duly given as required by lt•N and in accordance with the provieions or'
the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against said Amendment
to the Ceneral Plan, and said proposed Petition fo- Reclassification and to investigate
and make findings and recommendations in connection therc-v~rit};; and
WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, ir~vestigation, and study made by
itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of ,311 evidence and reports offered
at said hearing, DOES HEREBY FIND:
1. That evidence was presented at said hearing which justifies ~he City Planning
Commission's recommending to the Ci~y Council a change in the present general
description and extent of land uses in the area as follows:
; Bounded on the north by Lincoln Avenue, on the east by Srookhurst Street,
on the south by Orange Avenue, and on the west Ly Gilbert Street.

- 2• ihat Exhibit "A" of General Plan Amendment No. 112 does constitute an
- acceptable alternative to current policies as il!ustrated on the General
Plan.
