RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR REGLASSIFICATION N0.68'69'~3 SE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the Cif.y of Anehefm did recelve e verified Petition for Reclassifice-
tlonfrom EVA PULICH~ % LEONARD SMITH REAL ESTATE, i25-D South Claudina, Anaheim, California 92805,
Owner; L~NARD SMITH~ 125-D South Claudina, Anaheim, California 92805, Agent of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange9 State of California, described as
Lot No.19 of Tract Noo 787.

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
Mcrch 10~ 1969~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
. law and In accordence with the provisions of the Anehefm Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end conaider evidence

WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspectien, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf, end

1. That the petltioner proposes a reclessiticetion of the ebove described property Erom the R-A, Agricultural,
Zone to the R-3, Multiple-Family Residential, Zone.
2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not warrant an
amendment to the General Plan at the present t±me, hov~ever, its relationship to the Ge~eral
Plan symbol will be considered at the next annual review.
