•' '-;~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the C:ty of Anaheim
:!'•x on MarCh 10~ 1969~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
;<~ by law and in accordsnce with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider evi-
~` dence for end egeinst seid proposed variance end to investigate and meke findings end rernmmendetions in connection
' therewith; end
` WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideretion of ell evidence and ceports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Cade as follo. , to permit the
construction of a 6-foot masonry wall in the required front setback area on subject property.

erty or lmprovements in such vicinity end mne in which the property is located.
~'. 5. That similar variances have been granted throughout the City to permit the
~ estahlishment of a 6~foot wall enciosing a swimming pool in the front setback area, and
;~ other structural intrusions into the presently requirer~ 25 foot front setback area exist
~- on several other properties in this general area.

~:` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
~;`. Petition for Variance, upon the Eollewiag conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prcrequisite to the pro-
~4 posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
' Anehei:r..
1. That subject property sha11 be developed substantially in accordance with plans
'k and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, maTked Exhibit No. 1.
