NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the Eollowing conditions which are hereby faund to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the C.itizens of the City of
Anaheim,
1. That this vax•iance is granted subject to the completion of Re:laesification No.
68-69-74.
2. That subject property shall be deve.loped substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, mar:<ed Exiiibit Nos~ 1, 2, 3, and 4,
