"A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full~

WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
March 24~ 1969~ at 2;00 o'clock P.M., no~ce of said public heering having been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions oEthe Maheim Muni~ipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said proposed conditional use end to investigete and make findings and recommenZetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behalf, end
efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at snid heering, does find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Pennit is euthorized by Code:
Section 18.640020(3-j-3) to wits establish a walk-up restaurant with an outdoor eating
area on sub,~ect property.
2. That the proposed use will not edversely aEfect the edjoining lend uses end the growth and development of
the ecea in which itis proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shape of 2he site propoaed for the use is edequete to allow the full development af the
proposed use in a manner not dettimental to the perticuler erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. 1'het the grenting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, sufety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
