That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the , growtr~ ,~~,; ,;evelopment of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That although subject property is somewhat isolated from any adjoining {industrial development, it is a portion of the northeast industrial area and would be a desirable site for industries who rEquire this type of isolation from other industries, due to the unique operations which they might have. 4, That granting the proposed use would set an undesirable precedent by permitting residential uses to encroach into an area set aside for industrial develop- ment. 5. That the site does not meet the criteria suggested by the mobile home industry for the selection of a location for a mobile home park, namely residential characteristics, ciose proximity to community and shopping services, as well as schools, so that residents of mobile home parks might en,joy a more residential type of environment for ;ociological, ~ health and safety reasons. 6. That the school districts in the City of Anaheim do not project their future needs as to School facilities on the assumption that the industrial areas would have to be served with schoolss thesefore, any children who might be residents of the park would have to be bussEd out of the area, where such type of service was not a part of e school budget. 7. That the industrial development which has taken place in the area should be afforded the same protection from undesirable and incompatible uses that the City grants to residential uses, thus residential encroachment into the industrial area should be discouraged. 8.
