WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissian did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
April 7~ 1969~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
lew end in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and egeir.st seid proposed conditionel use end to investigete and make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
_ WHEREAS, seld Commission, after due inspection, investigetton, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
_ after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and detecmine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properl,y one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is euthorized by Code:
Section 18.64.020(2-b) to wits establish a 100 bed convalescent hospital on s~~bject
property.
2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoining lend uses nnd thP growth end development of
the eree in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the slze and shepe of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full development of the
Pioposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfere of
the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Condit3onel Use Pecmit under the conditions impoaed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
