on April 7, 1969~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required

dence for and egainst sud proposed variance end to investigote and met:e findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commisslon, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelt,
end aftet due consideretion of all evldence and reports offered et said hearing, does ftnd and detecmine the following

NOW, THC•REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens o(th~ City oE
Anaheim.
1. That the addition structure shall be constructed to the minimum standards of
the Uniform Buiidir.g, Plumbing, and Electrical Codes, as adopted by thF City of Anaheim.
2. That Condition fJo. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied v~ith pri~r to final
building and zoning inspection~.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance ~•rith plans
anC specific~tions on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Ex.hibit h)o. 1,
