A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT'Y PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 20%6 BE APPkOVED
WHEREAS the Cit Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Verience from
MR. AND hBtS. WALTER ~JL~;GE, 1568 South ~7utwood, Anaheim, California 92804, Owners; LEROy R~c,
1711 Westmont Drive, Anaheim, California 928G1, Agent of ~ertain real property situated in the
CITY OF ANqHEIM, COUNTY OF ORA;IGE, ST~TE OF CALIFOFiJIA, DESCRIBED AS the West half of the 5outh-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Toemship 4 South, Range 10 VJest, ir. the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEG thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Ycticion for Variance, upon the (ollowing conditions which are herrby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfare of thc Citizens of the City o[
Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
68-69-85.
2. That subject property shail be developed substantially in accordar.ce with plans
and specifications on file H•ith the City of Anaheim, marl:Fd Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5,
provided, however, that the 6-foot masonry wall and the carport walls along the south propertv
line shall be finished with slumpstone, as stipulated to by the petitioner. ~
