A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERM[T N0. 1184 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a vecified Petition for Conditional
Use PermitErom CHRISTINE 0'D~INELL, 10304 Clancey Avenue, Downey, California 90241, Owner;
MARCEL MOYNIER, 2125 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, Californi.a 92802, Agent of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californie,
described as the Southerly 119.96 feet of the Northerly 459.96 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter o: Section 27, Tovmship 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Bolsas, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51,
page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. EXCEPTING THEREFRCM that
portion lying Westerly of a;ine parallel with and 2U.00 feet Easterly, measured at right
angles, from the Easte:ly line of Tract No. 3267, as said Tract is shown on a map
recorded in book 102, pages 41 and 42, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City o( Aneheim on
June 1~9 1970, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anahei:n Municipnl code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said proposed conditionnt use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itselt and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports o(tered at said hearing, does flnd and determine the following tacts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditiono! Use Permit is authorized by Code~
Section 18.40.Q60(g and k) to wit: establish a business activity that is limited to
persons 21 years of aqe or older in an existiny on-sale liquor establishment.
2. Thut the proposed use will not adversely effect the aojoining land uses end the growth and development uf
the erea in which it is proposed to be locateci,since it formerly was operated in the r~anner nav proposed
3, That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequatc to ellow the (ull development of the
p~posed use in a manner not detrimental to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, se(ety, ond general wel(are o[
ihe Citizens of the Ciry of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental
to the peece, health, safety, and general wel(are of the Citizens of the City o( Anahcim.
5. Tfiat the petitioner stipulated that the only change would be in the method of
serving food as an incidental use and attendance would be confined to persons 21 year~
of age and over, that the facility wuulci not be converted into a pool hall.

NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition fot Conditionel Use Permit, upon the tollowing conditions which ere hereby (ound to be a neeessery pcerequislte
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the se[etp and general wtlfare of the Citizens o( the
City of Anaheim:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantia!ly in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit iJo. 1.
