WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified petition [or Varience
EDWARn J. AND JEAN S. NOONqN, 2066 Della Lane, Anaheim, California 92802, Owners of
certain reA1 property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as Lot 22 of Tract No. 1926, as per map recorded in Book 55,
Page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on July 27~ 1970~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., natice of said public heering heving been duly given es required
by lew and in accorda~ce with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and eonsider
~evidence for and egainst said proposed variance end to investigate end make findings and ~ecommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
~! WItEREAS, said Commissinn, efter due inspectlon, InvestigatIon, and study made by itself and in its behelf,

4. That the cequested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop~
erty or improvement^ in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.
