A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TFiE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. Z189 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified petition for Variance

5'0016~ Owner o: certain real pro~erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
~. State of Californi.a, described as Lot 24 of Tract No. 3372, as shown on a Map recorded in
book I26, pages 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County. EXCEPTING
~ THcREFROM the Southerly 130 feet of the Westerly 175 feet thereof.

WHEREAS, tha City ~lanning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on August 10~ 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anahei~.n Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and egainst said proposed variance and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connPC-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due insoection, invest:gation, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports ofiered at seid hearing, docs iind and determine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code as fo110ws: t0 permit re-
location of an existing free-s±anding sign:
SECTION 18.62.090(B-5) - Permitted free-standinq siqn location. (Code
would require that the sign be 31 feet from the

NOIV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pm-
posed use of the subject properry in ordec to preserve the sefety and gerterel welfa:e of the Citizens of tne City of
Anaheim.
; 1. That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as required
~ by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California
G.O. 95.
~ 2. That subject property shall be developed suk+stantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1.
