92801, Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as Parcel i: The Westerly 57 feet of Lot 12 and the North-
erly 32.47 feet of the Westerly 57 feet oi Lot 11, all in Block D of Heimann and Sorrenson's

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Fiall in the City of Anaheim
on ~+~q~s t 10, 1970~ at ~:00 o'clock F~.M., notice of said public hearing having been du:y given
as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear
and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings end
recommendations ir. connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, c+nd study made by itself and in its be-
half, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does Eind end determine the
following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional lJse Permit is authorized by Code:

4. That the truck traffic and pa.king genarated by tnis use is detrimental to
the safety of the residents in tnis general area.
5. That the si:e an~ shape of the site on which the use is located isnat adequate
to allow the full development o: the use in a manner not detrimental to the part?cular
area nor to the peace, henlth, safety, and gene~al welfare of the Citizens of the City
of Anaheim.
6. That this use 'NOJ1Cj ~JE mor? suitai:le in an industrial area wherein only inoustria]
traffic is generated and Nhere tha use can be more readily screened and buffered from
adjacent uses of a simila~ nature.
7. That four persons, represer~tiny ten persons present in the Council Chamber,
appeared in opposition.

i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission daes hereby deny subJect
y Petition for Conditionel Use Permit on the basis of the afor.ementioned findings, provided, however, that the
petitioner shall be allowed six (6) months from date hereof in which to abate the use therein.
