'`- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CCMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHE(M
~ THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2192
BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a veriEied Petition for Verience
fromBERNARD A. AND.MATILDA M. ABRAHAMSON, 107 Ozk Rim Court, Los Gatos, California 95030, Owners;
FAANK R. MONfJIG, 1213 North Haraor, Anaheim, California 92801, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 5
in Block A of Tract No. 158, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 12, page 8,
Miscellaneous Maps, recor:~s or" said Orange County.

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
a~ Augtist 109 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider
- evidence Eor and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make finuings and recommendations in connec-
; tion therewith; and
~ WHEREAS, said Commissinn, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf,
~ and after due consideration of all evidenca and repods ofEered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
tacts:
1. That the petitioner requests a varience [rom the Anaheim Municipel Code as follows ~ to establish an
automobile repair shop:
SECTION 18.44.010 - Permitted uses in the G2 Zone. ~The proposed use is a
p?rmitted C-3 use; the applicant is proposing it in the C-2
Zone). -
2. That other similar automobile related uses have been permitted to locate along
Anaheim Boulevard in this area.

F NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
~ Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pto-
~ posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safefy and general welEacc of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That the damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks. shall. be removed and~or reconstructed
~ along Anaheim Boulevard as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
. i plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
! 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance ~~ith approved plans on file
' ~ with the office of the Director of Public Works.
~ ~ 3. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view.
•=`'~~ 4. That subject property shall be develaped substantially in accordance with plans and
~''~ specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
~':~'~~ ' 5. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
