Augus t 10, 1970, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said pnblic hearing neving been duly given es required by
lew end in eccoedence with th~ provisions of the P:naheim MunIcipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear end considec evidence for
end egeinst said proposed varience end to invertigete and make findings end recommendetions in connection therewith;

and efter due considerotion of ell evIdence and reporte otfered at sald heacing, does find end detertnlne the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitioner requests e vertance from the Anaheim Municipel Code as follows, to establish a
25-unit apartment complex:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the f~naheim City Planning Commission does hereby grsnt~subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following cunditions which are hereby found to be a necessary pretequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE
Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
70-71-6.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance i~~ith plans
and specifications on file wii,h the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nus. 1, 2, and 3,
provided however, that the one-story height limit.ation-be maintained within 150 feet of the
R-1 property to the south, and a rr~inimum 1200 square feet of ~~et land area per dwelling unit
shall be provided.
