SECTiON 18.28.050(7) - Minimum distance between buildinqs (19, 28 and 36 teet required; 10, 15 and 20 feet proposed). b. SECTIODI 18.28.050(5-b) - Maximum heioht within 150 feet of R-A zoned prooerty. (one-storv permitted; two-story proposed). c. SECTION 18.28.050(6-b-2) - Minimum required side yard setbac}~. (14 feet; re- quired; 10 feFt proposed). 2. That there are exceptional or er.trao:dinary circumstances or conditions applicaU.e to the property involved or to tt~e int_nded use of the property that do not apply generally to the propert~~ or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3.
