PC70-179 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 70-~1-14 gE APPROVEP WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did initiate a verified Petition for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Qrange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" a±tached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full. ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Sept. 21, 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in accordance witti the provisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence for and against seid proposed reclassification and to investigate ondmake tindings andrecommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, inveatigetion, end study made by itself and in its be- half, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Thetthe petitioner proposes a reclassification oi the above described property from the Courty of Orange M1-10,Q00 Light Industrial Zone to the City of Anaheim R-A, AGRICULTURP.L ZONE, for pTOperty known as the Orangeti~~orpe-LaPalma Annexation. 2. That the propc,sed reclassification is in conformance with land uses in this 9eneral area as depicted on the General Plan. 3• Thai: the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary and~or desirable fox• the orderly and proper develooment of the community. 4. That the proposed x•eclassification of subjer.t properiy du~s properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generaliy estab- lished throughout the community.
