7. That one F~erson appeared in opposition, and that 8 letters were received in opposition
to the elimination of the required public street wnich was required when the property was
approved for R-3 zoning.

P10Wy THEREFOFL-, BE IT RE50LVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant
in part subject Petition for Variance, upon the fol?owing ccnditions which are hereby found to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve
the safety arid general we!.faze of the Citizens of tne Cit~ of Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completi.on of Reclzssification No. 68-69-85,
now pending.
2. That an 8-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the norti~ and east property line,
of the R-A parcel (Fluegge property) adjacent to the south and west property lines of subject
property, as stipulated to by the petitioner-developer.
3. 'It~at subject property shall be develop~d substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Plos. ]y 2, and 3Y provided how-
ever, that the south wall of the carports adiacent to tlie R-•1 proE~erties along the south property
line shall be con~,ructed of slumpstone, as stipulated to by the petitioner.
4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shal] be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
